Third Bridge Associate interview questions

I had arrange a call with the recruiter for an initial quick call to discuss in further detail about the role. However, after the recruiter finished talking about the company and role, she started interviewing me and the call became a long one. The recruiter was nice, but I could not hear them a lot of the time as they kept breaking up. Although they were aware of this, the "interview" carried on. The experience was unusual and it was a surprise when I had to suddenly get interviewed, especially as it was the first call that I had in my job search. However, for those who had been already job seeking, you would probably be prepared to answer.

Very informative and exciting. Not like other interviews I been on. They test your research and keep you engaged from beginning to end. Also they don’t make you feel overwhelmed.
