Third Bridge Associate interview questions

I had an initial telephone interview, then a real life video case study interview under time pressure via LinkedIn followed by another video interview asking more competency based questions. Helped throughout by a HR recruiter who gave advice and support along the way. I found it a long and difficult process, you had to show good ‘cold calling’ skills throughout.

First round only, 45 minute cellphone call with basic questions ranging from what does Third Bridge do, to standard questions about how you handled a time with x or y.
