Franchise owner asked which copy of Adobe CS I used, but never asked for a portfolio. I was questioned about printing experience. I was hired, but there was a TOTAL DISCONNECT in what was described and what they had me do...there was 0 graphic design work to be done. I believe they snowed me to get a packing person in for the holidays. I was told I wouldn't do anything BUT packing boxes until after the holidays...
Informal, sat at desk with surrounding customers. Asked scripted questions. Do not know if I spoke with manager or assistant manager, did not introduce themselves. Less than 10 minutes. Never received call back on position.

Very easy and informative interview. They did not have a position available at the time, but still took the time to speak with me about future positions. Talked on the phone about what jobs look like in their office and how soon they would be looking to hire. Very transparent.
