Interview
After completing an online application for a new position, I received a call about 4 weeks later. The HR person on the phone asked qualifying type questions very basic and a few short situational questions. Received another call back from a departmental HR asked that I come for an interview with the hiring manager. The next day wroked great, very informal, borrowed office, business casual dress, but I wore a suit and had a copy of my esume ad references should he need it. The interview was friendly enough as he and his supervisor there talking notes as as Ianswered 8-9 behavioral based questions (STAR). Completing this part, they asked me to sit outside for about 10 minutes. At this point, i WASN'TVERY IMPRESSED.
