I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and he sent me the link to apply. About a week after a phone screen with the recruiter I was contacted by the store manager for an interview. He scheduled 3 interviews for the same day. One with him, with an hr manager and an ETL. He told me that the next day I would have the final interview with an HR business partner. The same day of my last interview I heard from the store team and was offered the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Phoenix, AZ) in Jun 2015
Interview
The first half of the interview was a get to know you. What do you do outside of the company? What are your hobbies? Then the behavioral situational questions. What type of leader you could be. What have you done to be a leader. What are your strengths and weaknesses.

Question 1
What would you take from your current leaders to help make you a great leader?
There is at least a two part process. They have a set series of questions they ask everyone, they are scenario based questions. Very straightforward and normal questions, nothing out of the ordinary, and nothing that will stump you. After the two part process screening by some of the store leaders, the district manager has to screen every candidate that is a team leader or above. That's just a formality, if you make it that far, just be a normal person, and they will hire you.
