Target Team Leader interview questions

In the same day that I submitted an application online, I received a phone call from their hiring manager. That very same day, they called me down for an interview. I spent an hour waiting for someone to interview me before a team leader picked me up. Then an executive team leader came to interview me. The store team leader was out sick or something. Oddly enough, I had worked at that store for three months and had never once met the store team leader before she quit. The interview process was quick and painless. They drilled me with three separate interviews in an hour process before offering me a position not as a team leader but as an electronics specialist.
