Target Team Lead interview questions

I was already a Target team member at a different store. I was interviewed by the store's STL and an ETL at the same time. This was supposed to be 2 seperate interviews but they combined the two into 1. Each had their own list of questions and they took turns asking from thier own list. With having to sit through 2 interviews' worth of questions at the same time, it took just under 3 hours. Before that there was an aptitude/general skills test on the computer. All questions were behavioral in nature--"Name a time when...."

This was a straight forward interview process. Personality quiz online, then an interview one on one with 2 seperate people. TYpically job offer is made day of interview.
