Target Project Manager interview questions

Lengthy interview process for the role, but the questions were pretty standard to the industry. A total of 8 rounds of conversations regarding situational analysis, and prior work experiences. The sessions were brief but I liked that I was able to meet a lot of the team and stakeholders upfront.

Interview questions are phrased in an open way that doesn't directly require work related answers, but interviewers are definitely looking for work related STAR answers. There are only 4 questions total as they want elaborate responses.
