I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was a long process. Several interviews via phone and then in person. Ended up taking a personality test. The HR person was kind but the people in charge seemed bored and disinterested.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2016
Interview
The interview was situational and conversational questions, one phone interview- next two in-person interviews with two people in the room at a time and finally an interview with the SVP. The whole process took two months.

Question 1
If you knew a project wasn't going to meet a deadline, how would you handle this?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2013
Interview
SBO interviews - situation behavior outcome. You meet with 3-4 people. I HR an 2-3 senior leaders from the actual team you will be working on. All interviews happen on one day. Fairly easy to prepare for they have a packet where they all ask similar questions from. It might take a while to get the interview but after you do the interview in person getting the offer is a pretty quick turnaround again.
