After applying they will get back to you after a couple days to let you know if your application was accepted, if it was, you can continue to an online interview where you record your answers to interview questions. You have 3 attempts and about 3 minutes to prepare for each question.

2. Describe how you learn and adjust when an experience does not turn out as expected. Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome.
3. How do you work with people who have different perspectives than your own?
4. Describe how you have worked with another person to achieve a goal.
5. Imagine you are on the sales floor, and you see a guest that appears to need assistance. How do you proceed?
Very straight forward. One interview and they will let you know if you got the job or not after some time. Mostly behavioral and situational questions. Prior experience in customer service setting helped me to answer questions and get the job.
