The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Oakland, ME) in Dec 2009
Interview
First step was taking the online assessment. Once passed the assessment I was called to set-up a phone interview. Had the phone interview within a few days of the first phone call. The 1:1 interview was the next week. I met with leadership briefly, then was escorted to an employee to sit and listen to calls for an hour. I was escorted to a conference room where the interview continued. I was called back that afternoon for a "final interview" the following day. I met with a Team Manager, and he interviewed me for about 30-45 minutes. The following week I was called back and informed that I made it to the next process of the background checks. I filled out the form online. Once the information was verified I was called with an offer and accepted. I started my first day 2 weeks later.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Overland Park, KS) in Feb 2009
Interview
I first applied for this position on Jan 12th (2009). On Feb 5th I registered with a Kansas Workforce Center and reapplied for the position through the workforce center. I received an e-mail asking me to take two assessment tests online. I don't remember what these tests were anymore, although one of them was titled "T-Mobile Contact Center Virtual Scenario", so I believe I responded to some virtual customer calls (I think they were presented in audio).
I took my assessment tests on Feb 6th, the day after my second application. Just after I completed the assessments, I received a phone call requesting a telephone interview. They set my phone interview for Feb 17th, now 11 days away. Meanwhile, I was asked to fill out a job application online. The personal references section instructed us to list only supervisors, and I had to come up with two names.
The day after my phone interview, I received an E-mail stating "we have identified other candidates who more closely meet our requirements at the present time". I heard nothing further from T-Mobile.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2008
Interview
I had a panel interview with 9 managers and senior managers. They asked questions such as: Name your strengths. Name your opportunities. How would you deal with two direct reports if they were fighting? Tell me a time about when you didn't meet a deadline and what did you do. What was your proudest moment?
