The interview was smooth. Very nice conversation from hiring manager to where it didn’t feel like an interview. Was supposed to have a second interview but they hired me from the first one.
After completing a phone interview there was an in person interview.There were two people doing the interview one person asked the questions the other took notes. It didn't last long and they were very nice.
General manager interviews you with about ten questions pertaining to basic phone systems, cross selling, sales experience and customer service protocols. If you get the job, you will have about three weeks of computer training with modules to complete each week.
