I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sysco (Detroit, MI) in Aug 2013
Interview
Sysco used a four interview process. There first was a basic fact checking phone interview from someone at corporate. The following three interviews were with various managers: the district manager that I would be working under, followed by the training manager, and finally the territory manager (in charge of my district manager) who offered the job at the end of his interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sysco (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview process involved applying online, interviewing with HR, and then, finally interviewing with the director of street sales. The only thing that was really all that painful about the interviewing process, was that the company kept telling me that my interview went well and to keep checking back -- umm..., what?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sysco (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Had a phone interview, face to face with two DSMs and then a trio interview in S.T.A.R. format. Three individual members of upper management asked me multiple questions. The interviewers included the head of the human resources department, the Regional Manager of the western part of Atlanta/Georgia as well as the Regional Manager of the eastern part of Atlanta/Georgia. The Vice President of Territory Sales was scheduled just in case they needed an additional question panel fielded.
