You will go through multiple interviews, first interview will be with a general manger that act as a recruiter for the company, and you will be giving an aptitude exam, and he will make sure that you have experience in the Food industry, then you will be interviewed by the regional manger who will determine your eligibility, if you are qualified then he will pass you to the district manger, and finally you get to see the VP who will discuss the offering salary.

Submit resume and HR sends a few online tests. If you pass they set up an interview with a district sales manager. If you pass the first interview you got to the next interview.
