Standard management consulting interview, several rounds starting with behavioral questions (more relaxed, less "Tell me about a time when...") and then doing a case. First round interviews were typically with less experienced consultants, increasing each round, final round with senior partner.

Question 1
Why consulting? Why this city/office? Why this company?
Strongly encouraged not following a rigid case framework, but instead showing ability to think in a logical and structured manner.
Beaucoup de rounds d'entretiens avec des interviewers souvent mal préparés pour au final avoir un refus après plusieurs semaines d'attente pour des raisons non en ligne avec le feedback des interviewers
Process was a mess; HR talked down to me in the interview and stated she didn’t want to “waste her time”. I empathize that HR hates her job but it was unprofessional to outright say it to a candidate, especially at a professional services firm where EQ is important.
HR informed me all 4 interviews are scheduled in a single day - and then when only one interview was scheduled, I followed up. Only then did she inform me there would only be one interview. HR has very poor communication skills and did not proactively communicate the change.
The interviewer however was great. Professional, friendly, and acted with class and respect.
