I applied by sending in a resume to a recruiter. They had a poster up in one of they're stores. I received an email back the same day. Set up a phone interview for a week later. Interview lasted about 15 minutes on the phone. The recruiter asked about my previous employment and then if I had knowledge of P&L statements. After the call I was sent emails to apply for the actual position then take a virtual job tour.
