Pretty straight forward...phone screening to see if you are what they are looking for, in person with 2 district managers and a quick turnaround with an offer.
Only scary part is that they don’t hire with a specific destination in mind so until the week before I started I did not know when I would be training and then a month out of my training I was still waiting for “my store”. Here I am 4 months lawyer in my own store just over 2 weeks now and loving every minute of it!!!
