Interview
It was alot easier than I thought. I walked in and met with the manager and met some of my future partners and met with the interviewing manager. I did my coffee tasting but I actually baked a pairing with it instead of a normal Starbucks pastry. They loved it. So that was out of the way and then he just asked me 2 questions about partner customer conflict and partner partner conflict and how I had resolved it and that was easy enough. So he asked me why I wanted to be a shift and I told him and he was cool with that. My manager then asked me if I wanted to wait around and she would let me know in minutes!!! That was awesome. I waited around and talked with my future partners and she told me that I had got it and when I was going to start training. So that was awesome and very exciting!!! I felt so relieved and I start in 2 weeks. Im so happy now that I became a shift and after so long with the company that I have an awesome manager and mentor that really believed in me. Thanks!
