It was very easy been there for a long time all I did was promote in the same store I was there for like seven years so I just interviews with my own manager that already knew me
They asked me a lot of behavioral questions. For example, what would you do if a customer was complaining that their coffee does not taste right? You need to provide a though-out answer and how you would handle the customer while also running your own duties.

I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (Houston, TX) in Jun 2023
Interview
I had two interviews. My first one was with the Store Manager and an ASM and they asked basic and behavioral questions. Also, questions surrounding why you like coffee and why Starbucks. My second interview was with those two managers and the District Manager, which consisted of the same questions. It was fairly easy and conversational!
