I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (Kitchener, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
We had two interviews. There were a lot of questions about how I would handle difficult customers, how to fix situations where a customer received the wrong order -sometimes multiple times and how to keep partners motivated and on task. During the second interview I was offered the job.
