It was an in person interview with the Assistant Manager that lasted about half an hour to forty five minutes. They asked mostly open ended behavioural questions and about previous work experience.

What do you think separates decent customer service from great customer service?
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
