Interview was ok. Very generic question was asked. Benefits was okay too. Interview was polite and answered all my questions and concerns. Was offered a position but did not accept.
Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
