Fairly simple nice approach but a lot of people applying for the role so I think a lot of luck involved. It’s always a little like this when looking for an entry level role
Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
