It was a very relaxed/casual interview where I was asked very basic questions about leadership, customer service, conflict resolution, teamwork, and prior skills. The interview only took half an hour.

How would you advertise Starbuck's products to customers at the counter?
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
