I was asked some pretty basic questions about availability and how id handle certain situations. They also offered a free drink which was nice. I didn't get the job but I would try an interview with them again if I had the chance.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation where your supervisor/manager asked you to do something that you didn't agree with
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
