Online test, Panel of interviewers, Line Manager Interview, Team head Interview. These are the processes that are followed but may vary slightly depending on the level of experience being considered. As with all interviews, confidence and appearance ranks very high.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Singapour) in Aug 2012
