The process is a three phase interview using pymetrics and a super day where you interview before a recruitment team and also do a presentation. The process could be really long depending on how early you applied with respect to the last date of application.

You are supposed to finish the online pymetrics assessment and an online interview so that they consider your application. The online interview is a one way assessment where you are asked four questions with two minutes each to prepare your answer and three minutes to make your remarks and elaborate on it. It is recorded and if you are not satisfied with the quality of your answer there is an option to rerecord it(once).
