Interview
First round was easy, sounds promising.
Second round - didn’t happen, multiple delay, reschedule , “I’ll check and get back”. Nothing and false promises.
It is so hard to communicate? “The position been filled”, “there is a change in priority”, “the position is close now”.
Why have to keep your candidate on breadcrumb and ghost them?

it was a 3 stage process, it went well and the interviewers interacted well with me. It was a great process for me and i commend them for that structure they put in place.
