Two round. Good check of knowledge. Banking knowledge is important for all the roles. Rest domain specific. For me it was more around Basel norms. So before interview process.. do prepare well.

I applied online, after which I was directed to complete a pymetrics assessment online. After passing the assessment, a HR personnel emailed me to arrange for 3 interviews with different seniors - the hiring manager and 2 other adjacent level leads. The actual interview with the hiring manager was really unpleasant. The interview was hardly a conversation. It was robotic. Felt like I was in an examination. Was a really weird experience and very different from other interviews I have done. The only good thing was the rejection feedback was pretty quick and at least the company bothered to close the loop unlike other companies.
