step 1 : I sent a CV to the manager and HR told me I can take the next step
step 2 : finished a IQ test online (many situation questions ) and then I received a e-mail to tell me I had passed. Then I sent some document and information for documents checking.
step 3 : interviewed by manager one to one. And the manager told me to wait the background checking result.

Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.

there are only 3 rounds, pretty easy to me:
resume screening -> hr group interview -> talk with manager -> done
seemed intimidating but was actually pretty chill. use STAR method for all behavioral questions. basic questions nothing technical. after that final interview call with HR and team lead. financial markets intern role
