Timescale and communication was poor. The recruitment process from end to end was 6 months which is appalling. Application was online but apart from automated acknowledgment, no communication was received until interview invitation 5 months later. VC interview held which was good and seemed to go well but no further communication was received until a month later.

The interview process was very good, the Panel members for all the three interview rounds were professional in their conduct. The HR who was organizing the interviews was good, he was busy throughout the day, however, was very helpful.
3 rounds, 1 technical, 1 business skills, 1 HR,All questions were around CV. Hiring managers were very detailed. HR round was very easy and cliched. Interview is based on your strengths
