There is a minimum of 2 rounds of interview. It took about a week between the two rounds. And another week to hear back from Human Resource. Interviewers were very professional

Quite a long process of a few months for an individual role while the actual role may not require that much depth. Need to be patient with the process. It helps yourself to assess the team and the members you would work with, so keep an open mind.
Three interview sessions - questions were challenging as they were not the typical interview questions. A lot of thinking outside the box, and asking whether you have related past experience.
