The process took 2 months, applied online and was invited to take two online tests, online and verbal. Soon after was invited to partake in an online pre-recorded interview. The next step is an office interview with someone from HR, could be done over skype if distance in an issue. A Final interview with managers is the final step before offer.

Online assessment (pyrometrics, hirevue). Assessment centre with other applicants. Includes a case study where discussion was watched on by team members and HR then interview with team members. Final interview with manager.

this is the internship program partnering with the university of Hong Kong
there are only 3 rounds, pretty easy to me:
resume screening -> hr group interview -> talk with manager -> done
seemed intimidating but was actually pretty chill. use STAR method for all behavioral questions. basic questions nothing technical. after that final interview call with HR and team lead. financial markets intern role
