Interview
Applied for the SCB internship program through their website. First I had to give a tough Logical and numerical test. This was followed by a video interview, in which I had to record my answers to the questions which came on the screen.
After passing both rounds, I was invited to their premises for a final interview. Typical behavioral questions were asked, along with questions about the department I had applied in.

Q3) Tell me about something outside your CV.
Lots of psychometric tests till you reach the actual interview round, at least 3. Usually get the results back within a day for each tests which takes around 45 mins each to do

It was fair and challenging at the same time but it's all about giving your best and the time limit is also friendly and they also provide immediate feedback that's all
Online process gets convoluted, evaluations are pretty standard, phone and interview stage are pretty alright, standard all around for banks a a a a a b s a a a a
