Applied online - cv and cover letter, did some of the hardest reasoning (logical and numerical) tests I’ve ever done. Then got invited to take a hireview video interview which was standard questions really.

You fill the online application and then get an email for the numerical and logical tests. Each has around 10 questions. If you pass you get and email to do an automated video interview (8-9 behavioral questions). You receive an email that they will contact you soon.
