Very long waiting time and tough.
Had to go through many rounds of games and behavioral tests as well, and waiting for a long time before getting an email from HR.

Pymetrics game assessment, followed by a Valued Behaviours Assessment and then a video interview. The initial stages were fast but after the video interview, they took quite long to get back to me on the outcome.
The process is fun and interactive. Not bias based on resume only and helps me recognize what kind of work environment i want to work in. Just be yourself during interview.
