HR Round- HR person will take you through screening. Personal Discussion- Vertical head/Manager sits with you for some discussion. Salary Negotiation- HR and Vertical Manager does that. Dont offer the reasonable package. Final Round- When to join and discussion on notice period.

The interview was totally based on your convincing and customer management skills. Fair communication is required to clear round 1. Second round is all about discussion of salary package, joining date, previous experience and agreeing with the terms and conditions of the company.
