It is totally depend on your immediate line manager or second level manager to select/reject a candidate. HR department is only for paper work. Quality is compromised when hiring a candidate.

GD: they made group of 5 students each and have instructions related to time and basic principles. Discussion held for10 minutes each group. Everyone was given chance to speak.
PI: panel of two. Asked why you chose your major, future plans.

Interview
They are in need of guys who want to switch immediately. They show dreams of sending HongKong, Australia, Canada, Dubai etc. but it's a trap. They ask so easy questions and just finish the interview within 15 minutes and surprising is over phone interview only everything is done and you get selected. Interview takes place over SKYPE.
