Interview
The entire procedure consists out of 3 rounds, each time with a more senior person.
In the first round they do a CV screening, see how motivated your are for the job and look whether there is a cultural fit.
In the second round you have to make and give a presentation on a case. The case questions are sent to you 48 hours before the interview so that you can prepare the case upfront.
The final round is an interview with a partner.

After going through 4 rounds and having to call back myself 3 weeks later, I got the feedback that everything was good, but they chose a more experienced candidate.
