ServiceNow Director, Customer Support interview questions

The recruitment process with this company was frustrating from start to finish. The recruiter was unresponsive, provided little context for the multiple rounds of interviews, and seemed disinterested in addressing questions or concerns. After enduring the drawn-out process, the offer came in at the midpoint of the salary range, with no flexibility despite a counter. Shockingly, there was no sign-on bonus, and the RSU and performance bonus package were surprisingly low for a Director-level role. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of investment in attracting top talent, leaving a lot to be desired.
