We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Team Leader for our Customer Service team France based in Libourne. Serving as the primary expert contact for our sales, supply chain, and trade marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service performance and managing client inquiries.
Key Responsabilities:
You are responsible, alongside your colleagues, for operational order entry and administration.
Using your expertise, you serve as the primary contact for the sales team and support them with recommendations for action.
You are the first point of contact for customers regarding all inquiries in the supply chain area, in cooperation with Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager
Supporting complaint and claims management, including the creation of corresponding credit notes.
Reference person for management of seasonal sample collection.
Working together and exchanging information with the Supply Chain and Trade Marketing teams.
Continuous improvement of service performance through the analysis of key figures, concrete proposals, and agreements with customers.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports and textile industry.
Fluent level French and English, spoken and written.
Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Self-starter with proactivity and a positive attitude.
Willingness to take responsibility for your area of work and a reliable team player.
