There are 3 interview processes ! First is by phone which is to see if your personality fits their team , second is a interview with one of the assistant managers which is where they get to know you as a person your work experience and why you want to work there / feel as though your a good fit and your 3rd interview is with the regional manager which is where they have you do a Makeup trial they test your artistry skills and your ability to sell while doing
