Interview
There are 3 interview processes ! First is by phone which is to see if your personality fits their team , second is a interview with one of the assistant managers which is where they get to know you as a person your work experience and why you want to work there / feel as though your a good fit and your 3rd interview is with the regional manager which is where they have you do a Makeup trial they test your artistry skills and your ability to sell while doing

Interview
The interview went smoothly. They asked a few questions regarding my experiences. They shared the job scope and what was expected. They also shared the culture of the company during the interview.
called me for an in person interview and then had two interviews back to back. asked some questions about past experience in sales or cosmetic industry and how would i be a good fit for the job.
