Secureworks interview questions

Round 1 was with the recruiter, and round 2 was supposed to be with the hiring manager, who did not turn up. Instead, a designated replacement logged in to the call, apparently driving to some meeting, clearly got tasked with talking to me last minute, barely paying attention, like not even have seen my CV. Even after following-up with the recruiter asking for feedback or next steps, they went totally radio silent. Very unprofessional experience.

I applied, got called for an interview, did the interview. But then I found out that they changed 13 recruiters in the past 4 years, these people lasted less than 7 months as an average. Also, I started asking feedbacks around and found out that there's micromanagement there and that the Talent Acquisition Team is not so appreciated by other departments of the company.
