Four-stage process:
* Initial recruiter screening
* Behavioural interview with the hiring manager
* Psychometric assessment
* Final panel/team interviews focused on stakeholder management, delivery experience and cultural fit.
The process was well organised with clear communication between stages. Questions were a mix of behavioural examples and scenario-based discussions relevant to the Delivery Lead role.
