I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Schneider Electric (New Delhi) in Apr 2022
Interview
2 rounds one technical and one HR. Technical is conducted at the first then HR round and mostly people are rejected in technical but HR round is like an easy two way communication between individuals
The interviewer did not bother to give a rejection email. Was left hanging for weeks before giving up and look for others. This shows the professionalism regarding the interviewer. However the internship does pay higher than average, but with lots of work lot.
