I was brought in and given a tour of office. Then I was asked some interview questions such as why this company? Why this position? What degree result are you expecting? What do you know about ST? And then I had to do some tests that I was not expecting.

Interview was two stage and casual. Initially done in university going over what I've learnt and discussing my preferences followed by a technical question which was fair (and not a puzzle). Second stage was on-site with two members of the team I was to work with. They discussed what they do, and asked about my projects, experiences, CV questions. Talked about what I would be doing there.
