Pas de processus réel à part un entretien psychotechnique et test de personnalité. Sans doute car il s'agit d'une thèse CIFRE faisant que l'employeur paie peu puisque le complément de salaire est perçu via l'ANRT. Investir dans une demi-douzaine de doctorant revient au même prix qu'un ingé confirmé avec des chances de récupérer un brevet à la clef

Applied through the company website. Contacted by direct manager, then a consulting firm made my profile, followed by a meeting with the company RH, before a final meeting with the direct manager.
