I m m.tech student from NIT calicut. I applied for internship through college process and interviewed twice. First times they asked me about basic digital elec. ques. and about my mini project and about basics of vlsi like: Inverter, Super buffer, TG, PT. Second time few ques. related to ADC/DAC ,pll and finally i got selected.

Interview
all the basic questions related to digital are asked
Latch and flipflop
Blocking and non blocking
Setup and hold time
And remaining time was spent on my projects I put a project on FIFO synchronous and asynchronous both I was grilled on that
It was great and i loved the way they described every single thing in details.
The environment of the interview was also great. The manager and the HR was very cooperative also
three rounds of interviews, no jobs at the end. Just some basic questions. I did not really understand what would include the internship so I did not go for the secound round.
