Question 1
What is the greatest challenge you have faced in life and how did you overcome?
It took about 3 weeks to finish the process.
First of all, I had a phone interview with a very nice woman, she asked about the reason why I chose the program and what an SAP consultant does... Then, I did an online assessment that was basically made up of 30 questions regarding logical reasoning.
Finally, I was invited to an online video interview that lasted 30 minutes, the questions were simple, easy and straight to the point, and the interviewer was nice and welcoming. I had the email saying that I passed to the next step after 4 days or so.
Then there was the interview with the SAP partner for a job/sponsorship offer which I did not pass, however I was still accepted into the progam because I was one of the top candidates.
I applied online. I interviewed at SAP (Accra) in May 2020
Interview
The process took less than 15 mins via a zoom call. The interviewers were welcoming, told me all I needed to expect and corrected me when I was wrong. They first introduced themselves, asked me how I heard about the program. Asked for my strength and weakness. Scenario based questions. And what I think of critisism. Also, if I am good at learning on my own and how I have demonstrated that.
